Normal business operating hours are 9am - 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. All major holidays and weekends excluded.
Phone calls placed to the number on the bottom of the page during business hours are answered by a receptionist to allow for uninterrupted workflow in production and shipping areas. The receptionist is trained to answer basic product related questions (expected release date, etc) but all of that information is also here on the site and you are encouraged to take the word from the website.
Emails are typically replied to within 24-48 hours due to the immense volume received on a daily basis.
